Arabella is correct she cannot  grant  forever after name changes. Only Angora has the authority to do this [ read part 3]  However,Angora is confused as to why Arabella  would correct herself on this subject . [see her last comment]  Maybe she has visions of  fuchsia rubber boots dancing in her head ! And no ,sorry but zip lick bags are not the same as zip lock bags . Angora is still interviewing legalist for legal representation in the case against United Serpents . She is seeking the very best. Anyone who is interested in this position needs to leave their qualifications under the town square rock of ages in Angoras kingdom . This was granted because he is an ambassador to the invisible king. The great suffering that united serpents has caused Shelprock through their negligent handling of the mailing of the RK [ road kill] sausage[ the accident in the great forest involving the rare antler velvet donating deer or so we thought that was who they were. But thanks to Be Delia we learned they were impostors.] This heroic act by Be Delia has persuaded Angora to grant her a forever after name change. Be Dahlia as per her request was thoughtful enough to collect the carcass of those deer ,which they had left behind when the went to the invisible kingdom because in the invisible kingdom they would receive new bodies]. Be Delia, oops, Be Dahlia, so very carefully prepared yummy little sausages to surprise Shelprock for the Merry Season. She carefully sealed the sausage in a special zip lock bag [ special, because it had not yet been invented] she then took a piece of artic ice and placed it on the zip lock bag and then wrapped the zip lock bag in a special surgical cloth[ special because it had not yet been invented, either] but she still managed to collect the cloth from a local animal treatment station . How she was able to accomplish this is another story. After all this very careful preparation Be Dahlia then placed the package inside a fuchsia colored rubber boot [ well known throughout many kingdom's as a secure traveling method for RK sausage .But united serpents then is required to place the fuchsia boot in an exterior arctic ice chunk ] But, let it be known, that united serpents did not live up to their responsibility . United serpents not only took too long to deliver it but they did not place the fuchsia boot into an exterior arctic ice chunk as directed and paid for by Be Dahlia. Shelprock has been unable to leave the outdoor waste disposal station since eating the RK sausage .He was unable to drive his chariot straight because he was in state of emergency and was constantly forced to pull off the beaten path to locate a waste disposal station . United serpents will pay ! Shelprock has been unable to wear the fuchsia boots De Dahlia sent him because seeing them throws him into PTS [ postal terror stress ,Syndrome , but they were too small anyway.
