Be Delia slept all night that night and she too dreamed of green onion scallions and French orange donuts. While visions of sugar plum danced in her head, I mean visions of Bo Bos cats danced in her head. Santa has elves , BoBo has cats. Anyway , Angora was very happy that the armadillo slippers were doing what they were purchased to do [ beside spread leprosy ]. Now the Merry Season of the invisible King was drawing near. Angora thought it would be impossible to find a gift to give to Arabella and Be Delia that could compare to the awesomeness of the armadillo slippers. She thought and thought, and looked and looked but nothing was special enough . One day when she was about to give up she heard a wee small voice coming from a garden on the opposite side of the trees where she was walking. She stopped to listen and she heard the father of the garden say "mr.cat it is not advisable for you to eat so many green onion scallions . You could very well turn into one" . She peaked through the trees to see a very beautiful cat stuffing his cat face with long leafy green onion scallions . He would devour one entire plant and move to the next .Angora was very surprised to discover a cat ,which her and Arabella and Be Delia all loved ,eating green onion scallions which she and Arabella and Be Delia all loved . A perfect gift for a sisterhood ,she thought. But ,alas, I see only 1 green onion scallion cat and I need 3. Hmmmmmmmmmm. I will search the land over until I find 2 more green onion scallion cats, she said .Not to worry , they are out there somewhere waiting to belong to the sisterhood. The gardener agreed this green onion scallion cat should belong to the sisterhood so he happily sold the green onion scallion cat to Angora for 100 bobbles, which she had collect for just such an occasion . Off she went to the USPS [ united serpent post office] the best ,fastest and sneakiest delivery system in the village because they can get through the thickest brush, the deepest valleys and the darkest caves to get the package anywhere in the land . But they are kinda pricey. She decided to send this green onion scallion cat to Arabella because she and Bo Bo really needed more cats and the directions on the box for the green onion scallion cat read " attention this green onion scallion cat attracts other cats only when sitting by a box of French orange donuts '' . Hmmmmm, I wonder if Arabella has ordered any French orange donuts lately ??? Perhaps she keeps them on hand because French orange donuts can be difficult to get . I heard by way of the village news reported that there has been an orange donut hoarding problem. Not to worry, Arabella will handle it . Once she secures a box of French orange donuts her and Bo Bo will have many more cats to dance with while wearing the armadillo slippers. Anyway Angora had already sent Be Delia another special gift in celebration of the invisibles Kings birthday .Even though the invisible King wasn't really born at that time. And that's another story ! The usps ,united serpents post office, delivered it quickly .Even though they did run into trouble crossing the rare antler velvet donating deer's territory .The serpents passed Be Delia hunting enroot to her castle but they were not allowed to give her the package. It must be delivered to the castle address, this is the united serpents state law . Anyway Be Delia received the gift and opened it immediately . As she gazed upon the gift she saw the opportunity to secure 12 French orange donuts all for herself . You see, Angora had sent Be Delia a figurine carved out of a stone from her village [ nice thought] It was a replica of Be Delia's hunting wagon being driven by a rare antler velvet donating deer with Be Delia [ a replica] napping on the wagon. Be Delia saw it and claimed she thought she was dead ! She immediately set a message by carrier pigeon to Angora . it read " I love the gift but apparently I died in transit , I desperately need 12 French orange donuts to correct this situation''. Please rush order as I am deeply traumatized and may not survive ." At first Angora feared she would be banished once again from the sisterhood because she caused Be Delia to be traumatized by mistake unless she could secure 12 French orange donuts to appease Be Delia . Who by way often changes the spelling of her name as not to be recognized while hunting the rare antler velvet donating deer . Angora was perplexed , with the French orange donut shortage this could be a problem………….. to be continued
