The 27th year

Today is yet another day of  merriment  ! OONIE,and OONIE ,as Angora and Shelprock so  lovingly call each other were married 27 years ago this day.And the village naysayers said it wouldn't last ! The happy couple will be celebrating by enjoying a treasure hunting expedition to an undisclosed,  far away , very secrete, ocean shore  location with their recently invented treasure stick finder [ a stick that beeps when you find buried nails or pop tops  6 foot under ground and you spend 2 and 1/2 hours digging them up, thinking its gold and you will be rich forever after ] what fun ! The blushing bride  will be wearing her smells like sausage, fuchsia rubber boots for the occasion  ,what a vixen !  Hope OONIE will be able to  concentrate on treasure hunting !  At the end of their day, as the sun is setting and the ocean waves break on the shore  the  happy couple will count how many nails and assorted pop tops they have found ,  as they share  their last french orange donut together [ that is if Angora is willing to share it ,  but don't count on it]

  1. Twenty seven years of merriment! Imagine that. Congratulations to the OONIES x2! So now the big question is how many pop tops & nails did the happy couple find? And did Angora share the last orange donut.... something tells me that she just might have because after 27 years, many hurricanes and dust bunny bites ~~ love still can rule the day.
